Ayam Zaman, our exotic mural-covered Lebanese restaurant features traditional favorites like falafel and kabobs, fatayer, sfeeha, and dip amazingly delicious warm pita with hummus, baba ghanouj, stuffed grape leaf rolls or veggie mezza.
As our name suggest "Ayam Zaman"; our technique of cooking and unique recipes are handed down from generation to generation. We focus on the use of herbs, spices and especially the freshness of ingredients in the preparation of their savory dishes. The meals are full of robust earthy flavors and like most Mediterranean countries, much of what the Lebanese eat is governed by seasonal changes.
